We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and will do our best to get your order to you within the below time frames.

New Zealand: 1 - 2 business days

Australia: 2 - 5 business days

Rest of the world: 4 - 8 business days

Customs Fees & Taxes

For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for information on any charges that may apply. 

We do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. You can contact your local customs office for information on obtaining a tax refund.

Return Policy

Eyewear purchases have a 7 day return policy. A return claim must be submitted via email (info@paxpana.com) within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn with full packaging and is subject to a quality check once received back. The return policy does not cover any damage as a result of mishandling or accidents.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items. We recommend returns be sent back fully insured with tracking as we are not liable for any losses in transit.

We do not accept returns of products that were not purchased via our official website.

Once we receive a return and it is accepted, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Product Care

Cleaning

The use of household cleaning detergents or sprays may cause damage to the frame, parts and lenses. We recommend using the microfibre cleaning cloth provided with water and natural soap if required.

Handling

• Protect your frames by carrying them in their pouch when they are not being worn
• Try to keep your frames dry and avoid extreme temperatures. Prolonged high heat may cause damage
• Sensitive skin may experience allergic reactions to certain coated frames
